Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food items sold on our website are non-returnable.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Damaged products received

• Incorrect products received

• Missing products from the order

• Product quality concerns that are verified by our team

To raise a request, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To help us review your request, please share:

• Order Number

• Clear photographs of the products received

• Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged, missing or incorrect product claims)

• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and may contact you for additional information if required.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Products

As all products sold by Kumba Bites are food items, returns will not be accepted once the order has been delivered.

Refunds or replacements will be offered only in cases where products are damaged, incorrect, missing or found to have genuine quality issues upon verification.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched.

To request a cancellation, customers may contact our customer support team via email or phone.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

• Refunds will not be provided based on personal taste preferences.

• Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

• Kumba Bites reserves the right to approve or reject refund and replacement requests after verification.

• Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances shall not automatically qualify for refunds.
